SiteCare™ Growth Services: Terms of Service

Welcome! By signing up for SiteCare™, SiteCare™ Pro, or SiteCare™ Enterprise (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services Provided
SiteCare™
High-Converting Website
Google Business Profile (Optimization & Management)
Website Hosting & Management
Professional Company Logo
Ongoing updates to text, images, and pages
Monthly performance checks and speed optimization
Updates on seasonal promotions
Basic SEO upkeep to maintain visibility
Uptime monitoring and issue resolution
Priority support for any changes or edits
SiteCare™ Pro
Includes everything in SiteCare™, plus:
High-Converting Website (Free Build)
Service Booking System
Google Business Profile Setup + Ongoing Management
Reputation Management
AI Website Chat
Professional Company Logo
20% Off Select Spotlink Services
Website Hosting & Management
Ongoing updates to text, images, and pages
Monthly performance checks and speed optimization
Basic SEO upkeep to maintain visibility
Priority support for any changes or edits

2. Payment Terms
SiteCare™: $150 per month or $1,400 annually (25% savings on annual plans).
SiteCare™ Pro: $250 per month or $2,400 annually (25% savings on annual plans).
SiteCare™ Enterprise: Pricing is customized and available only through direct consultation with our sales team.
Payments are processed via Stripe or your selected payment processor. By signing up, you authorize automatic billing for recurring payments.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Monthly Plans: Services remain active until the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds for unused days.
Annual Plans: Annual payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Upon cancellation, service remains active until the end of the paid year.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to communications regarding revisions or approvals.
Ensure you have legal rights to any materials you provide to Spotlink Digital.
Maintain up-to-date contact and billing information.
Delays in content delivery or communication may affect timelines but do not relieve payment obligations.
5. Scope of Services
Services are provided as described in your plan. Any additional requests (such as custom coding, third-party app integrations, or non-standard design work) may be subject to additional fees.
“Unlimited edits” or “ongoing updates” are intended for reasonable changes (e.g., text edits, image swaps, promotions) and not for complete redesigns.
Spotlink Digital reserves the right to determine whether a request is within scope or requires a separate project fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, websites, logos, and content created for you remain your property once full payment is received.
Any third-party tools, templates, or plugins used remain the property of their respective owners.
Spotlink Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable measures to ensure uptime, backups, and security, we are not liable for:
Downtime caused by third-party hosting or tools.
Loss of data, leads, or revenue.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Services are provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee specific results (such as Google ranking improvements, sales volume, or lead generation).
8. Support & Response Times
Support requests are handled during standard business hours.
Priority support means requests are placed at the top of the queue, but resolution times may vary depending on complexity.
Emergency requests (e.g., critical site downtime) will be addressed as quickly as possible, but no specific resolution time is guaranteed.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Payments fail repeatedly.
You violate these Terms.
You engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful activity through the Services.
Upon termination, any unpaid fees remain due.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas/United States]. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
